Locals Prime mediates payments between the Vendor and the Buyer so that if the Buyer pays for the item, it will first be sent to Locals Prime’s bank account. Only after the Vendor has delivered the item to the Buyer and the Buyer has confirmed the receipt of the item (by clicking on the “Item received” button on the order), Locals Prime transfers the money to the Vendor’s account within 3-5 working days. If the Vendor for any reason cancels the order, Locals Prime will return the money to the Buyer’s bank account within 3-5 working days. In this way, Locals Prime protects Vendors and Buyers from potential fraud. All transaction related financial entries related to orders can be tracked through Locals Prime at any time.
