The Buyer himself cannot cancel an order in Locals. If you would like to cancel your order, please write to the Vendor about it as she can cancel it by going:
My Account–>Dashboard–> Orders–> “Cancel” button next to the correct order.
Please note: If an user cancels the order after the payment, then Locals Prime has the right to deduct the commission fee from user’s account before payout. This is usually only done in case the reason for cancelling is malicious (e.g. directing a transaction outside of Locals Prime) or repeated negligence. This is necessary in order to protect Locals Prime’s users and Locals Prime.
