The Vendor claims to have posted the item, but it hasn’t arrived

As a first step, communicate with the Vendor to find out when the item was sent and ask for the courier tracking number (waybill number for Aramex).

Next, check if the entered shipping details were correct and if needed, get in contact with the courier service provider to get additional information or ask about the next steps for locating your item.
