The Vendor hasn’t sent out the item nor replied to my messages

If the Vendor hasn’t sent out the item nor replied to your messages within a week, then we recommend contacting Locals Prime. For that you can write to Locals Prime’s support chat (widget in the bottom right corner in Locals Prime) or support@localsprime.com. In your letter please tell us about the situation in detail (feel free to add pictures) and make sure to include your username and order number. We will try to contact the Vendor ourselves but if we fail to get in contact with him within 48 hours from our first attempt then we may cancel the transaction and return the money to the Buyer.
